PAYMENT, DELIVERY & SHIPPING

 - All Prices are Firm and will not be Negotiated after the deposit is paid.

 - Items will not be shipped or leave the studio until the Final Balance is received in full. No IOU's.

 - No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges for Custom Projects.  Consignment or Liquidation is an option.

 - Special Order Jewelry from our Manufacturing Partners must be Returned within 10 days, Unused and not Damaged for a full refund excluding shipping costs.  No returns after 10 days.  Consignment or Liqidation may be possible.

 - If Shipping, All finished Custom jewelry is Shipped UPS Insured, Free of Charge..

 - We are not responsible for catastrophic damage, loss or theft of a Custom/Customized Item while under the customer's care. Please purchase Insurance.

 - PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:  Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Affirm, Afterpay, Paypal, Square, Cashapp, Cash.  We no longer accept Checks or E-Checks.  We send Invoice links via email.   We do not swipe cards in studio.

 - Scrap Gold/Platinum is accepted as payment.
